2006 was the first Mardi Gras after hurricane Katrina. It was said to be somewhat scaled down from previous years, but in the French Quarter it seemed as crowded as ever. Plenty of booze and plenty of flashing. This DVD begins with the aftermath of the storm contrasted with the resilience of the party animals on Bourbon Street.
